/KASE, April 29, 2022/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that A. Kaliyev, a member of the Board of Directors, was excluded from the bank's Board of Directors on his own initiative.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of four people: D. Bortnikov, S. Stepanov, I. Shaimardanov, K. Dosmukametov.
