/KASE, April 28, 2022/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
supplementing the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders
scheduled for May 20, 2022 with the following issues:
- on voluntary reorganization of Bank CenterCredit JSC in the form of
accession of SB Alfa-Bank JSC to Bank CenterCredit JSC;
- on approval of the draft agreement on the accession of SB Alfa-Bank JSC to
Bank CenterCredit JSC.
