A. Botabekov, Managing Director of KEGOC for Finance and Accounting, quit
from his position on his own initiative and was excluded from the company's
Management Board.
Aigul Akimbayeva was appointed to the position of Managing Director for Finance
and Accounting. Previously, Aigul Akimbayeva worked as a Co-Managing Director
for Economics and Finance of SamrukEnergy JSC, she is a member of the Boards of
Directors of Moynak HPP JSC and Forum Muider B.V., participates in the work of
the Supervisory Boards of Alatau Zharyk Companyasy JSC and Energy Solutions
Center LLP.
