/KASE, April 26, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated
April 14, 2022, M. Mirzagaliyev was elected the Chairman of the company's
Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National
company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of seven persons: M. Mirzagaliyev, K.
Iskaziyev, D. Karabayev, D. Tiyessov, D. Berlibayev, D. Abdulgafarov, M.
Saulebay.
