/KASE, April 19, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated
April 7, 2022, A. Aidarbayev, Chairman of the Management Board, was excluded
from the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National
company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of six people: K. Iskaziyev, D.
Karabayev, D. Tiyessov, D. Berlibayev, D. Abdulgafarov, M. Saulebay.
