/KASE, April 19, 2022/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that T. Nayzabekov, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director, was excluded from the Board of Directors on his own initiative.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC consists of eight members: A. Buyanov, D. Inkarbekova, K. Yessekeyev, T. Turlov, Jerry Kalmis, S. Saudabayev, T. Khudaiberdiyev, Y. Ramazanov.
