/KASE, April 13, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of April 14, 2022, Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Finance JSC) is released from its duties as a market-maker on KASE for ordinary shares KZ1C00000876 ( KASE main market, premium category, KCEL) of Kcell JSC (Almaty). This decision was made in accordance with article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules of Market-Makers' Activities" due to the market-maker's voluntary relinquishment of the specified status.
