/KASE, April 13, 2022/ – Dosjan temir joly (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 20, 2022 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:

• approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2021;
• determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for the past financial year and the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company;
• consideration of the issue of shareholders' complaints over actions of the company and its executives and the results of their consideration.
