/KASE, April 7, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on April 6, 2022, the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00008493 (ARCDpp1, 100,000 tenge, 2.8 billion tenge; 10 years; semi-annual
coupon, 25.50 %; 30/360) of ARCADA INDUSTRY LLP (Karagandy) in KASE official
list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is April 7, 2022.
