provided KASE with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial
statements for 2021.

LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements
present reliably, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position
of National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31,
2021 and their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for
the year ended as of the specified date, in accordance with the IFRS.
