/KASE, April 1, 2022/ – Leasing Group JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 25, 2022, the following changes were made to Composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Tulegenov – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• elected: Y. Berdalin – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of five people: Y. Berdalin, A. Ushbayev, A. Subbotin, O. Zhandossov, D. Kydyrbayev.
