/KASE, March 24, 2022/ – AMF Group JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
listed on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an annual general meeting of its shareholders by absentee
voting will be held on April 26, 2022, with the following items on the agenda:
- on the approval of the company's consolidated and separate financial
statements for 2021;
- to approve the distribution of the company's net income for 2021 and to
decide on the payment of dividends on common shares;
- Shareholder complaints against the company and its officers and the outcome
of their review;
- on the appointment of an auditing firm to audit the company's financial
statements for 2022.
