/KASE, March 4, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated February 22, 2022, N. Aidapkelov was elected as
the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC
consists of six people: N. Aidapkelov, A. Juanyshbayeva, A. Murzagaliyeva,
S. Madiyev, R. Orazbayev, A. Prashev.
