/KASE, March 3, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 22, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: A. Ashirbekov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, N. Karnakova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: Zh. Orazbaev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of four people: A. Prashev, A. Seitzhanov, D. Kaiyrzhuban, Zh. Orazbaev.
