/KASE, March 1, 2022/ – MFO "Arnur Credit" (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on March 31, 2022 at 15:00, the annual general meeting of its participants will begin, the agenda of which includes the following issues:

• approval of the unaudited annual financial statements of the partnership based on the results of 2021;
• distribution of the net income of the partnership based on the results of 2021;
• amendments to the charter of the partnership.
