/KASE, February 24, 2022/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on March 25, 2022 at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:

• approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company;
• approval of the salary increase for the members of the Board of Directors of the company.
