/KASE, February 21, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of February 23, 2022, Investment Financial House "YURTA" JSC is released from performing the duties of a market-maker on KASE for the following bonds of Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty):

• KZ2C00003010 (KASE main market, category "bonds", CSBNb15);
• KZ2C00003028 (KASE main market, category "bonds", CSBNb16).

This decision was made in accordance with article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules for market-makers' activities" due to the market-maker's voluntary waiver of the specified status.
