/KASE, February 21, 2022/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 15, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

• removed: A. Kim – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: A. Mazhuga – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Nurbank JSC consists of four people: A. Mussatayeva, A. Mazhuga, I. Telegin, E. Kozykeeva.
