/KASE, February 17, 2022/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 14, 2022, M. Munbaev – a member of the Board of Directors – was elected to the Board of Directors of the company.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz JSC consists of six people: Fang Jiazhong, M. Munbaev, B. Naizabekov, Peng Zhixiong, Dong Xiucheng, B. Yelemanov.
