/KASE, February 8, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 1, 2022, N. Aidapkelov – member of the Board of Directors – was elected to the Board of Directors of the company.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six persons: N. Aidapkelov, A. Juanyshbaieva, A. Murzagaliyeva, S. Madiyev, R. Orazbaiev, A. Prashev.
