/KASE, February 2, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 26, 2022, K. Izbastin – Chairman of the Board of Directors – was excluded from the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five persons: A. Juanyshbayeva, A. Murzagaliyeva, S. Madiyev, R. Orazbayev, A. Prashev.
