/KASE, January 13, 2022/ – Asian Development Bank, whose bonds are in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a notification of the decision to redeem on January 31, 2022 all international bonds in circulation (securities of international financial organizations sector, ASDBe1; 15,234,400,000 tenge, 28.01.19 - 30.01.24, inflation-indexed quarterly coupon, 9.05% per annum for the current coupon period, actual/360) in accordance with the terms of the issue of these bonds at their respective nominal value.
