/KASE, January 12, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of Eurasian Bank’s as at January 1, 2022.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 260,000,000 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 1,390 common shares;
