/KASE, December 23, 2021/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about payout on
December 22, 2021 of the second tranche of dividends on ordinary shares
KZ1C00000496 (KASE main market, category "standard", RGBR) for 2020.
According to the said statement, the payout of the second tranche of dividends
amounted to KZT5,700,023,750.40; the total amount of dividends actually paid to
shareholders for 2020 is KZT9,900,041,293.84.
