/KASE, December 15, 2021/ – Safe-Lombard (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the general meeting of partners held on December 10, 2021.

The partners, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to determine the size of the authorized capital of the partnership in the amount of KZT2,210,273,100;
• to change the location and address of the partnership.

Decisions on a total of five items on the agenda were made at the general meeting.
