/KASE, December 13, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 9, 2021, made a decision to
include bonds KZ2P00008295 (MFRFb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 1 year; monthly
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful special
trading session for offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-
Finance" LLP (Nur-Sultan) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official
list's alternative market.
The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Management Board is
December 13, 2021.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
