KASE's Management Board makes decision to include bonds KZ2P00008295 (MFRFb2) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" in category "commercial bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, December 10, 2021/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 9, 2021, made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00008295 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 1 year; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful special trading session for offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Nur-Sultan) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Management Board will be announced additionally. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb2. More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2021-12-10]
