/KASE, December 7, 2021/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders, which took place on
November 29, 2021.
The shareholders, inter alia, made a decision to pay dividends on ordinary
shares for 2020 in the amount of KZT9,900,041,293.84:
- KZT4,200,017,543.44 at the rate of KZT2,087.21 per share, the date of
payment of dividends is November 4, 2021;
- KZT5,700,023,750.40 at the rate of KZT3,591.10 per share, the date of the
start of dividend payment – November 29, 2021.
