/KASE, November 30, 2021/ – Safe-Lombard (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of partners dated November 18, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of the partnership:

• A. Vakhidov - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for financial issues – was excluded;
• S. Soloviev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for financial issues – was elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Safe-Lombard LLP consists of five people: G. Kim, D. Eremin, I. Kultaeva, E. Lee, S. Soloviev.
