/KASE, November 29, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company (Nur-Sultan, hereinafter in the quote – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that "on November 25, 2021 the international rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded long-term issuer ratings of the Company in foreign and national long-term ratings in foreign and local currency from "ВВВ-" to "ВВВ", outlook "Stable" and short-term rating from "F3" to "F2"".
