/KASE, November 25, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 24, 2021 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2C00008241 (KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; 9 years 11 months; annual
coupon, 8.10 % per annum; 30/360) of Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan) in
KASE official list's "Private placement" platform.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 25,
2021.
