/KASE, November 25, 2021/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 24, 2021, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: B. Kazhiyev – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: S. Tiyessov – Chairman of the Management Board, Y. Berdigulov –
representative of shareholder's interests, K. Moldabayev – Chairman of the
Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KEGOC consists
of seven persons: S. Tiyessov, Zh. Yegimbayeva, N. Akhanzaripov, Zh. Bekenov,
K. Moldabayev, Ulf Wokurka, Y. Berdigulov.
