/KASE, November 25, 2021/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on December 24, 2021 at 15:00 o'clock.
The only issue on the agenda of the meeting is the question of determining an
audit organization to audit the financial statements of the company and its
subsidiaries based on the results of activities for 2021.
