/KASE, November 18, 2021/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that on December 9, 2021 at 10:30 o'clock a general meeting of
holders of bonds KZ2C00004059 (KASE main market, category "bonds",
ATFBb16), convertible into common shares of ATFBank JSC, will begin.
The meeting will consider the issue of amendments to the issue prospectus of
the said bonds.
