/KASE, November 10, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization "KMF" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its partners held on November 5, 2021:

• to approve the payment of dividends from retained earnings in 2019 as follows:
• to pay dividends in the amount of 8,276,732,984 tenge to the partners of the partnership by December 5, 2021.
