/KASE, October 29, 2021/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 25, 2021, the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:

• Fan Jiazhong – member of the Board of Directors;
• Zh. Marabaev – member of the Board of Directors;
• B. Naizabekov – member of the Board of Directors;
• Peng Zhixiong – member of the Board of Directors;
• Dong Xiucheng – independent Director;
• B. Yelemanov – independent director.
