/KASE, October 28, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
A. Mukhashov – independent director – was excluded from the Board of
Directors following his own initiative.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil
JSC consists of four people: D. Berlibayev, D. Dossanov, Hadrian Freissinet,
Vinicius Agostini Alves.
