/KASE, October 26, 2021/ – Safe-Lombard (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the general meeting of partners held on October 21, 2021.
The partners, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to increase the amount of the authorized capital of the partnership at the
expense of the partnership's equity capital, including the retained earnings
of the partnership's partners, without changing the size of the shares of the
partnership's partners, up to KZT50.0 mln;
- to reorganize the partnership by taking over "Altyn Bastau" Credit Partnership
LLP.
Decisions on a total of 10 issues of the meeting agenda were taken at the
general meeting.
