/KASE, October 19, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 12, 2021 decided to include
international bonds XS2291819980 (GB_GAZFe1; $2.0 bn; 27.01.21 – 27.01.29;
semi-annual coupon, 2.95 % per annum; 30/360) issued by Gaz Finance PLC
(United Kingdom) under the bond program, under a guarantee (obligation) of
Gazprom PJSC (Russia), in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main
market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is October 19,
2021.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
