/KASE, October 15, 2021/ – AsiaAgroFood (Almaty region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 1, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: P. Shevchik – production director, E. Sattarov – chief accountant, L. Efimenko – financial director;
• elected: K. Nusipaliyev – chief engineer, A. Dyusekeshova – financial director, L. Bergibayeva – marketing director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of five people: S. Ashenov, B. Kaliyev, K. Nusipaliyev, A. Dyusekeshova, L. Bergibayeva.
