/IRBIS, September 5, 03/ - Today, National company "Kazakstan temir zholy" CJSC (NC KTZh CJSC, Astana) has spread press-release, which says that on September 5 of 2003 the company redeemed common commercial promissory notes in the total amount of KZT556.0 m., which had been issued on March 6 of 2003. Financial operator of promissory notes issue was Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan OJSC (Almaty). NC KTZh CJSC focuses significant attention on the development of promissory notes program as one of attractive, flexible and liquid financial instruments, the press-release says.
