According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 5,021,972,000 pieces; - 81,898,507 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the bank bought back 29,190 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares is "FIRST HEARTLAND JUSAN BANK" JSC, owning 81,869,317 common shares of the bank (99.96 % of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares or 100.00 % of the total number of the bank's outstanding common shares).
