/KASE, October 7, 2021/ – ATFBank JSC (SB of "Jusan Bank" JSC) (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that in accordance with the order of the First Deputy Chairman of
the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the
Financial Market "On termination of the license to conduct banking and other
transactions provided for by the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
and to conduct activities in the securities market issued on October, 2021 to
ATFBank JSC (SB of "Jusan Bank" JSC), the license of ATFBank JSC (SB of "Jusan
Bank" JSC) to conduct banking and other transactions stipulated by the banking
legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and carrying out of activities in the
securities market was terminated due to voluntary return.
