/KASE, October 1, 2021/ – Centras Securities (Almaty) has provided Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) with a joint press release dated October 1, 2021, which
states the following:

Bank RBK JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) in the course of three special trading
sessions held at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 24, 28 and 30,
2021, conducted an initial offering of its three-year bonds (INBNb10) with a
total volume of KZT50 bn at par at yield of 12.5% per annum.
An issuing consortium consisting of Centras Securities JSC and Freedom Finance
JSC acted as the underwriter of this offering.
During the book-building process, the total market demand for three auctions
exceeded the initial supply by 1 billion tenge and amounted to 51 billion tenge.
The Bank's bonds were purchased not only by institutional investors (investment
funds, management and insurance companies), but also by legal entities that do
not belong to this category of investors, and individuals.
More than 25 investors took part in the offering, while some of them could not
purchase the desired volume of bonds due to high demand.
This offering became the largest private placement in the banking sector in
2021.
