/KASE, September 30, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that "the Board of Directors of the Company on the issue "On some issues of
Kcell JSC decided to sell 24 % of shares of Kcell JSC. This decision entered
into force on September 28, 2021"
