JSC Kcell (“Kcell” or the “Company”) (KASE, AIX: KCEL), one of the leading provider of mobile telecommunication services in Kazakhstan, announces that Rashit Makhat and Vladimir Popov, Independent Directors notified the Company about their intention to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors from 21 September 2021.

3. Jere Calmes – Independent Director;
