Auditor's report on consolidated financial statements of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation for 2020 released

/KASE, September 20, 2021/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial statement for 2020.

According to the auditor's report, which contains a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2020, and their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
