/KASE, September 16, 2021/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar, bonds, KASE
official list), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder
dated September 15, 2021.
The Shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for
2020;
- not to accrue or pay dividends on common shares of the company for 2020, not
to determine the size of a dividend per one ordinary share for 2020.
