/KASE, September 13, 2021/ – EKOTON+ JSC (Nur-Sultan, shares, KASE
official list), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general
meeting of its shareholders held on August 29, 2021.
The shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and separate financial statements of the
company for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020;
- not to pay dividends on common shares of the company for 2016, 2017,
2018, 2019 and 2020, leaving net income at the disposal of the company.
