/KASE, September 8, 2021, re-published as the issuer updated information/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk, bonds, KASE official list), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 31, 2021.

The Shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2020;
• to pay dividends in the amount of 42,406,500 tenge for 2020 to the sole shareholder Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC.
